Airport Pharmacy came first — the trusted name travellers know. Then we turned the retail side all the way up, and health + beauty was born.
It started with a pharmacy in an airport — a real one, with a real pharmacist, for travellers who'd forgotten their medication, caught a cold two hours before boarding, or needed honest advice fast.
That store became Airport Pharmacy: prescriptions, travel health and Australia's favourite vitamins, side by side with fragrance and skincare — because departing healthy and departing gorgeous were never meant to be separate aisles.
Travellers kept telling us the beauty half deserved a stage of its own. So we built it. health + beauty is our pure retail concept — the same wellbeing DNA with the sparkle dialled up: fragrance walls, digital theatre, and new releases landing first.
Today the family runs six stores across four Australian airports — Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns and Melbourne — plus Airport Pharmacy at Singapore Changi. And we're still growing.
